Holy Cross College is a specialist sixth form college offering a choice from 40 advanced level subjects for students between the ages of 16 and 19, alongside a wide range of extra-curricular activities to support students’ broader education.

The Sixth Form Bolton is the only specialist sixth form college in the town and the largest provider of A level studies in Bolton, our teachers only concentrate on programmes that are for 16-19 year olds.

At Canon Slade we are justifiably proud of our school’s distinguished history and the outstanding reputation it enjoys at both local and national level. Our academic results place our Sixth Form as one of the highest performing school’s nationally.

BRGS Sixth Form is ‘large enough to deliver, small enough to care’. We are a sixth form of around 400 students, and as part of an 11-18 school you will have opportunities to get involved and build up your leadership skills.
