A Levels or Vocational A Levels?

The main difference between these courses is that the A Levels are assessed mainly through examinations, with coursework modules in some subjects. Vocational A Level courses are mainly coursework based, with examinations in most subjects. Deciding whether to study an A Level or Vocational A Level can be confusing. To maximise options, we offer students the opportunity to mix Single Vocational A Levels with A Levels to broader combination of qualifications and skills. Universities welcome applications from students with both Vocational A Levels and A Level qualifications.
